Coaching Philosophy
"I believe that a great coach is someone who is committed, energetic and inspiring, without losing sight of the enjoyment that there is to be had from the game. My coaching philosophy is based upon simplicity, hard work and enjoyment; something I feel very passionately about. I try to focus my coaching as much on tactical advice as technical, as I believe many young players need this knowledge much earlier than they are currently receiving it. I aim to combine this by actively encouraging individual and collective responsibility amongst players" - Tom Flowers, TFCC Director
