I try to focus my coaching as much on tactical advice as technical, as I believe many young players need this knowledge much earlier than they are currently receiving it. Bailey Caine
|
Bailey may not be a qualified cricket coach but is a core member of the team who has a passion for fulfilling and executing Tom's vision on growing the business. Whilst long-term marketing projects is Bailey's main job he also does some other day-to-day things such as helping the rest of the team, coming up with ideas and acts as tech support in the office when something needs sorting.
